Once you have the frames alighned and clamped you can then attached the buffer plates, at this point you will note that I have pre-drilled the holes for the future buffers to be attached, I have gone by the plans but it is advisable to ask what standards and height resrtictions that your club might have on the height of buffers and draw gear as this can be affected where you drill these holes.
